Planting and Harvesting in the Fall

At this time of year, the end of summer and the beginning of fall, a whole new crop is about to be planted and harvested. The new issue of Edible Columbus has looked into the subjects of planting and harvesting for the fall season! So, if you find yourself in a puzzle or simply thought that your summer garden ended with the chill of the fall, look no further as we have some suggestions!

In September and October it is time to get your faster-maturing veggies in and start harvesting your winter squashes, pumpkins, potatoes, and the last of the tomatoes!

This is just a quick glimpse into what infromation is contained in the Edible Columbus article, "What to Plant & Harvest", written by Debra Knapke!
